Giloy kadha ( Moonseed Immunity Drink):

  • Method- - Wash the Giloy and chop it into small pieces. - Wash other herbs too. - In a container, put 2 glasses of water and put the ingredients in it. - Mix and crush all the ingredients well. - Now heat the mixture on medium flame. - Add some more water and boil the mixture. - Wait until the drink is reduced after boiling. - Strain it and drink it.

Tulsi Kadha (Holy Basil Leaves Immunity Drink):

  • Method- - In a pan take two glasses of water. - Mix tulsi leaves, black pepper, cinnamon powder, and resins. - Mix them well and stir the mixture. Boil it for few minutes. - Cool it down. Strain it and drink.
